CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Novodiax is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) company providing novel immunohistochemical products to both domestic and international markets. We are in the early stages of commercialization for existing and recently patented products. We currently have hundreds of customers but expect significant as we solidify new partnerships and begin to implement the new products and recently filed patents. We desire to add a warm and organized individual to join our commercialization team in Customer Service. This individual is expected to manage all aspects of Customer ordering and inquiries about our products. The individual will manage and fill purchase orders from the internet, phone calls and emails while providing quotations and helping to manage invoices to customers. The position regularly interacts with manufacturing to package and ship products. We provide a benefit package including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage. Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to communicate with customers in a courteous and timely fashion via direct phone interaction and emails.
  • Process customer orders and support inventory management.
  • Create customer invoices for sales orders
  • To prepare and/or generate FFPE cell blocks from cell pellets and maintain cell cultures.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Manage invoices, packing slips, and take the lead in packaging and shipping products.
  • Assist with other tasks related to customer services.
  • Support inventory management along with other marketing and office functions as time permits. Assist with other office and administrative functions such as proof-reading documents.
  • Support scientific team to order a wide variety of supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Associates or college degree desired.
  • Thorough, with keen attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent follow through on daily tasks and projects.
  • This responsibility requires the person to be located primarily on-site.
  • Must exemplify an attitude of a team player.
