Background:
It is very-well known that pHRP labeled secondary antibody product provides higher detection sensitivity than regular HRP-antibody conjugates. It also usually provides the same or superior result than the biotin/streptavidin two-step detection system, with reduced assay step and without suffering from the background caused by endogenous biotin, thus the assay is simplified and accelerated in comparison to the conventional procedure with biotin/streptavidin detection system.
This product is developed based on Novodiax’s proprietary and sensitive polymerized HRP detection platform and optimized for IHC and similar immunoassays. Application Details:
IHC for multiple biomarkers: Antigen Retrieval with pH 6.0 Citrate buffer + T20 for 30 min in a 96°C water bath, block with 1% BSA, incubation with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature, incubation with Novodiax pHRP Goat Anti-Mouse/rabbit for 30 min at room temperature; DAB staining and hematoxylin counterstaining.
